Eye of the Predator Matthew J Pallamary Books
This book was very well written and the events were perfectly descriptive. I thoroughly enjoyed the story line, which was filled with suspense complimented by a fantasy twist under a shadow of darkness. The only problem is that now that I have read all of Matthew Pallamary's books, I can't move on to another. I can't decide which of his collection I like the most. All were absolutely excellent!! Will watch for more. Hope another comes soon!!Product details

Eye of the Predator Matthew J Pallamary Books Reviews
Read it, loved it, want a sequel.
A great read. A supernatural thriller with a mix of shamanism. Would be great if a sequel was written.
I want to say thank you for the opportunity to review this book. This book was great. It had a great flow and was written very well. It kept me on the edge of my seat from the first page till the very last. I personally love animals and I wish I had this mans abilities. This book really made me feel like I was a part of the story. The descriptions were amazing and made each animal seem so real. Like I WAS indeed them. This is definitely a book that I enjoyed and would recommend....Stormi
Another great story from Matthew J. Pallamary! Thirty year old zoologist Erik Simpson is exhausted from his nocturnal jaunts in a dream world strewn with fragmented images of wild creatures and strangers dressed in exotic garb. Strange sounds and smells accentuate each vision and blur the lines between waking and sleep, sanity and madness, memories and imagination. Erik's only ally in the search for answers is his aged foster father Phineas, a world-renowned zoologist who nurtured his son's love for animals and guided him in his studies of the animal kingdom. Together they seek a path through Erik's muddled past where the concept of reality is tainted by his uncertain future. Very enjoyable read filled with sights, sounds, and visceral images that grabs hold of the senses and catapults readers into the untamed realms of nightlife and dreams. Can't wait for more from this talented author!
A thriller where the hero’s journey of enlightenment takes him into the world of magical reality, shamanism, and mysticism.
Eric Simpson, a zoologist, dreams he inhabits a giant cat’s mind as it tracks down and kills a young couple. He awakes fearful and suspicious that his dreams might have a basis in reality. Asked to assist with an investigation into a wilderness murder, Eric is able to provide the clues leading to a jaguar roaming in the High Sierras of California.
Eric, who was rescued as a wild child in the South American jungle, realizes that only he can track down the killer. In order to do so he must follow the clues to his forgotten past. His journey takes him back to the jungle of South America into the world of shamanism and magic. Some unforgettable scenes such as a fight to the death, inside the jaguar’s body and an eagle soaring above the jaguar. The more forgettable romantic subplot adds little to the story, but it provides Eric with the emotional support he needs.
As someone interested in shamanism and magical reality, I found this book a fascinating read. My one reservation is where the author’s considerable research among the native cultures of South America sometimes overwhelms and confuses the story--as when too many native names and their meanings are mentioned in fast sequence.
I won this book in a Goodreads giveaway in exchange for an honest review.
